Roman MaliutinGeneral Director of Ukrtransgaz – Storage System Operator of UkraineRoman Malyutin has more than 20 years of experience in gas transportation and storage industry. He took offices from the operator and engineer at the Kegychiv underground gas storage to the deputy chief engineer of the eastern region of the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine.
He was leading the technical department of JSC «Ukrtransgaz».
He graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas majoring in «Development and exploitation of oil and gas deposits» (qualification - mining engineer).

Volodymyr TsependaGeneral Director of Ukrtransnafta JSCVolodymyr Tsependa has more than 10 years of experience in the field of procurement and support of production processes.
On May 23, 2022, he was appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the position of General Director of Ukrtransnafta JSC.
Following the outbreak of war with Russia, the Government set him the task of helping to resolve the fuel crisis in Ukraine.
He has been working for Naftogaz Group for more than nine years, having earlier served as Deputy Head of the Construction and Assembly Department to the Head of the Production Support Department of Ukrtransgaz JSC.
Volodymyr Tsependa was born on October 17, 1981 in Chortkiv, Ternopil region. He graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University as well as Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. He has a PhD.

Sergii KoretskyiDirector of PJSC Ukrnafta and JSC UkrtatnaftaSergii Koretskyi has over 20 years of experience in oil production and refining, as well as management of wholesale and retail sales of petroleum products. He progressed from working in an analytical department to becoming a successful leader of major companies.
He headed the Western Oil Group, held the position of CEO of the Continuum Group and WOG. Sergii Koretskyi founded the full-cycle coffee company IDEALIST Coffee Co. He has extensive experience in managing large investment projects and M&A transactions.
He holds a degree in engineering and economics from Lutsk State Technical University and, in 2019, completed the Executive MBA program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Serhii LahnoActing General Director, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSCSerhii Lahno has 20 years of experience in hydrocarbon production, progressing from operator and senior process engineer at Poltavagasvydobuvannya GPD to Chief Engineer at JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
His responsibilities include management of the company's technical divisions, including ground infrastructure, production dispatching, metrology, automation, and mechanical and energy divisions.
He graduated from National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» with a degree in Oil and Gas Equipment. His second degree is in Oil and Gas Production from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.

Oleksii HavryshActing Chairman of of LLC “Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine”Since October 2022, he has served as a member of the Board of the first national gas distribution operator of Independent Ukraine.
He has 20 years of experience in working and managing energy and investment sectors.
He is actively engaged in public activities and teaches at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
At the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he voluntarily joined the Territorial Defense Forces.
He has been awarded medals and distinctions by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Sergiy BelyaevActing General Director of LLC “GSC “Naftogaz Trading”. Director of GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” LLCHas over 20 years of work experience in finance and management. Mr. Belyaev graduated from Kyiv National University of Economics with a degree in banking and finance.
He started his career in the Kirovohrad branch of Prominvestbank. Since 1999, he has held the position of the head of Prominvestbank’s branch in Odessa. In 2009 he became the director of the corporate clients department at Kyiv Bank. From 2010 to 2015 Mr. Belyaev held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at DTEK Krymenergo.From 2012 to 2014 he studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, where received an MBA degree.
In April 2015, Mr. Belyaev took up a position of CFO at Ukrainian Retail, and in 2017 became the company’s director.
Since January 2021 he has been working for GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” LLC, first as CFO, and from 30 July 2021 he assumed a position of acting director at LLC “GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine”.On 14 April 2022, Sergiy Belyaev was appointed as director of LLC “Gas supply company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”, and assumed a position of acting general director of LLC “GSC “Naftogaz Trading”. He will continue to double duty until the appointment of a new head of “Naftogaz Trading”.

He received his higher education at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, specializing in "Electrical Systems and Complexes of Vehicles." He also holds an MBA from the Kyiv School of Economics.
