In view of further planned transformations within the company, Naftogaz is launching an open tender and inviting bids for recruitment services to help fill six top executive vacancies at the company.
Expected procurement value is UAH 22 million.
Service completion timeframe: until 31 December 2019.
Key requirements for the search and selection of candidates: the Employer conducts recruitment searches on the basis of the respective job responsibilities, requirements for education and working background, professional and personal competences, and professional and managerial experience. The Contractor selects candidates, conducts interviews, and shortlists candidates (3-5 people) within a period of up to 35 business days upon the approval of job profiles.
The winning bidder checks the references made by the best candidates from the shortlist and provides support until the candidate’s eventual employment. Where necessary, the recruiting company must replace the candidate within a guaranteed period.
By conducting an open tender, Naftogaz intends to find a contractor who will provide high quality services on the most competitive conditions.
All bidders need to have documented experience of similar contracts.
The submission deadline for bidding proposals is 3 p.m. 16 October 2018.
