The situation in Donetsk region is getting worse, but our heroes from PJSC Donetskoblgaz do not set their customers adrift. Today networks damage made our colleagues to cut off 249 consumers. At that, during the day they restored gas supply for 253 clients. In addition, we succeeded not to cut off 24 households thanks to the prompt networks repair by means of temporary materials (bandages).
Since the beginning of the war, within the company’s maintenance area, there are damaged networks supplying gas for 8,535 clients. Gas supply was restored for 6,271 consumers.

Re-export of natural gas stored in the UGS of Ukraine has been resumed! The relevant decision was made the other day by the Ministry of Energy. Thus, all natural gas our customers will import to the territory of Ukraine for its further storage in Customs warehouse regime may be re-exported.
At that, the grid facilities of UGS remain under enhanced security and keep operating as normal.
Due to the ongoing cold snap, consumers of LLC “Gas company “Naftogaz Trading” have increased their daily use of natural gas by 13% that makes up to 44.5 mmcm. Demand for sales companies for the household needs grew the most.
All digital services of LLC “Gas supply company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” are completely accessible. Contact centre works round the clock accepting calls from the clients from all over Ukraine. During the day, 2,000 calls have been processed. We are sincerely grateful to our clients who continue paying their gas bills – thanks to your caring and responsible attitude, we can work and provide Ukrainians with heat.
Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs are operating as normal. The employees comply with the rules of the martial law status. Despite frequent air raid alerts, the enterprises provide heat and hot water to all their consumers. Branches Novyi Rozdil power grids and Novoyavorivsk power grids are operating sustainably. Residents of Novyi Rozdil, Novoyavorivsk and the adjacent settlements are supplied with electricity uninterruptedly.
JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya keeps producing gas at all its facilities sustainably, except for those located near the contact line.
JSC Ukrtransnafta keeps operating as normal.
As of today, operation of the Shebelynka Oil Refinery has not been resumed.
OJSC “Kirovohradgaz” is operating as normal.
