Ukrainian Government approves Naftogaz financial plan for 2021

During the past ten years, the company’s financial plan had not previously been approved before July

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC financial plan for 2021. The Government made the relevant decision on 2 June.

“I am grateful to the Government for their attention to the company’s operations. The approval of this document is critical to its seamless work,” Naftogaz CEO Yuriy Vitrenko noted.

The financial plan is a core document defining the company’s priorities for the business year, as well as providing details of expected operating and financial results.

The law allows for amendments to the financial plan up to two times during the business year if there are changes in macroeconomic indicators and legislation or significant market fluctuations, especially on the natural gas market.

As reported earlier, during the past ten years, the company’s financial plan had not previously been approved before July.
