Naftogaz, together with five companies of the Naftogaz Group, has secured a key legal victory in its global enforcement campaign, as the Paris Judicial Court recognised and granted leave to enforce (exequatur) in France the landmark USD 5 billion final award issued by an arbitral tribunal in The Hague against the Russian Federation.
Naftogaz Group restores over half of output lost in February strikes
Naftogaz Group has recovered more than half of the gas production lost during a wave of Russian attacks earlier this year, Acting Chairman of the Executive Board of Naftogaz Group Roman Chumak said during a briefing at Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy.
