Naftogaz secures UAH 3 billion loan from Oschadbank to purchase imported gas
Naftogaz Group has secured a loan of UAH 3 billion from state-owned Ukrainian bank Oschadbank. The funds will be used to purchase imported natural gas, Naftogaz CEO Sergii Koretskyi has announced.
Russia strikes Ukrainian gas infrastructure again
In the early hours of October 5, Russia launched another massive combined attack on Ukraine’s gas infrastructure. The targets were civilian facilities that supply Ukrainians with gas during the heating season.
Russia launches biggest attack yet on Ukraine’s gas production facilities
In the morning of October 3, Russian forces launched the largest strike on Naftogaz Group’s gas production facilities since the start of the full-scale invasion. Facilities in Kharkiv and Poltava regions were hit with 35 missiles, many of them ballistic, along with 60 drones. Some were successfully intercepted. Unfortunately, not all.
Naftogaz secures €300 million loan from the European Investment Bank for gas purchases
Naftogaz Group has signed a landmark €300 million loan agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB). The financing will be used to purchase gas to build long-term gas reserves and to ensure stable winter supplies for Ukrainians, following damage to the country’s infrastructure caused by Russia’s ongoing attacks.
Naftogaz raises more than UAH 2.4 billion in additional financing from Ukreximbank
Naftogaz Group has raised UAH 2.445 billion of additional financing within the framework of its strategic partnership with Ukraine’s state-owned Ukreximbank.
