Gas supply to households at favourable prices and with high-level service.
The company offers some of the most favourable gas prices for households. It represents a significant competitive advantage and makes it possible to actively increase the number of new customers.
The company is able to offer such prices by means of operating expenses optimisation: GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” does not develop a wide network of service centers, but offers customers convenient online services and attracts a partner network to connect and service customers. Anyone can connect online on the gas.ua website or via the web version of Privat24; or offline in the branches of Oschadbank, PUMB and in 1700 branches of Nova Poshta, as well as in the regional payment and connection company’s centers. Additional online services help customers control gas costs, pay bills and solve most gas-related issues. As of November 2021, more than 900,000 users have registered via my.gas.ua, and another 170,000 customers are active users of the company's chatbot in Telegram and Viber.
By 2023, Naftogaz of Ukraine will be a supplier of “last resort” (“SLR”) based on the results of a governmental tender among natural gas suppliers. The "last resort" supplier is a guarantee that prevents the consumer from being cut off if the previous supplier is unable to provide natural gas. The reasons why households switch to SLR’s servicing include: bankruptcy or liquidation of the supplier; suspension or termination of the supplier's licence; absence of the client in the register of the supplier’s consumers; failure to order gas for the customer. The supplier of "last resort" as a consumer insurance mechanism began operating on 01 August, 2020.
