Cooperation with budget-funded and religious organisations

Among Naftogaz Group entities, LLC Gas supply company “Naftogaz Trading” is the responsible for supplying natural gas to budget-funded and religious organisations.

On 22 August, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extended Public Service Obligations (PSO) imposed on LLC Gas supply company “Naftogaz Trading” to supply natural gas to budget-funded organisations until 15 April 2024.

The company has published the relevant contract templates and the procedure for their conclusion. Signing will allow budget-funded organisations to consume gas from Naftogaz Trading on PSO terms.

Terms of contracts for gas supply to budget-funded and religious organisations

The price of natural gas, including the tariff for transmission services and the rate applied when ordering a Day-Ahead capacity, is UAH 16,553.89 per 1,000 m3, including VAT.

Payment for natural gas for the relevant billing period (month) shall be made by the Consumer exclusively in cash following the procedure below:

• 70% of cost of natural gas actually delivered, according to natural gas delivery and acceptance certificate, payable by the last day of the month following the month in which the natural gas was supplied.
• Final settlement for natural gas actually delivered, in accordance with the delivery and acceptance certificate, shall be made by the Consumer by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the Consumer had to pay 70% of the amount for the relevant billing period. In the absence of a delivery and acceptance certificate, the actual cost of gas used by the Consumer shall be calculated in accordance with the terms of sub-clause 3.5.4 of clause 3.5 of this agreement.
