The Supervisory Board’s decision is strictly aligned with the approaches and expectations of Naftogaz’s international partners and creditors regarding full adherence to corporate governance principles and OECD standards.
To ensure the highest level of transparency and professionalism, a reputable international executive search firm will be engaged to support the preparation and execution of the competitive selection process, in close coordination and with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
In accordance with the Supervisory Board’s decision, for the duration of the competitive selection process, the duties of the Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Board of Naftogaz have been assigned to Sergii Fedorenko.
