Naftogaz Group launches a new format of Hotline

This step should become an important tool for preventing corruption, malfeasance and other ethics and compliance violations.

In line with international best practices, the Hotline will be operated by an independent expert company. This will ensure the anonymity of reports and protection of information about complainants and/or whistleblowers.

What is the Hotline?

The Hotline is a communication channel through which anyone, including Naftogaz Group employees and contractors, can report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offences and ethics and compliance violations.

What happens after the Hotline receives a report?

An independent company processes the relevant reports. After verifying and analysing the information, if there are sufficient grounds, an internal investigation will be conducted, and appropriate response measures taken.

We’d like to emphasise that all reports received through the Hotline are confidential.

What are the ways to assist in the notification review?

Provide as much factual information about the violation as possible, including:

  • date, place, time, nature of the violation, information about the persons involved, existing evidence, etc.
  • if possible, inform who committed the violation: Full name, place of work, position and other information.
