Naftogaz Group gas distribution operators will transfer UAH 226.7 million in dividends to the state budget in the first six months of 2024

This figure relates to gas distribution network operators whose corporate rights come under the management of Naftogaz Group’s Chornomornaftogaz JSC.

Payment of dividends to the state budget and additional shareholders will take place in accordance with general meetings of shareholders initiated by the company.

On January 26, the first tranche of UAH 55.5 million was transferred to the National Depository. UAH 33.8 million of this sum will go to ARMA.

The total amount of dividends for the state budget is UAH 226.7 million. This will be paid in several tranches during the first half of the current year.
