The NV editorial team and the jury evaluated all nominees across four areas: support for veterans and their families, talent retention and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee support during times of crisis.

Naftogaz will continue to enhance its employee support programmes, with a particular focus on helping veterans return to civilian employment, as well as supporting employees’ professional adaptation and career development.
