Naftogaz Group pays more than UAH 48 billion in taxes to Ukrainian budget in first seven months of 2023

Naftogaz Group was responsible for 12% of all tax revenues to the state budget of Ukraine for the first seven months of 2023, contributing over UAH 48 billion.

“Working for the financial sustainability and energy independence of the state amidst the war is our priority. We are committed to this goal - there is more to come,” commented Naftogaz CEO Oleksiy Chernyshov.

Background: the process of securing Naftogaz investor consent to restructure Eurobonds due in July 2022 and in November 2026 has been completed.The company’s proposal has been backed by more than 85% of Eurobond holders.
