The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on 29 January by Roman Chumak, Acting Naftogaz Chairman of the Board, and Moon Jae-Young, Senior Executive Vice President of HD Hyundai XiteSolution. Anthony Marino, Chair of the Naftogaz Supervisory Board, also attended the signing ceremony.
Energy infrastructure remains a target of hostile attacks, including Naftogaz Group facilities. Equipment is also sustaining damage. As a result, the need for repairs and fleet upgrades is significant. We aim to integrate the best international technologies and solutions to enhance Naftogaz’s efficiency. In this regard, we see great potential for cooperation with HD Hyundai XiteSolution," commented Roman Chumak.
On 28 January, HD Hyundai XiteSolution opened a representative office in Ukraine. The company intends to establish a customs and logistics hub in the country for heavy construction equipment.
