Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 6-12 June 2023

• User-friendly services of LLC “GSC “Naftogas of Ukraine” become more accessible! From now on, the company’s services are available at self-service terminals of our partner – JSC “Oschadbank”. It allows to quickly obtain the necessary document and pay the bill for the consumed gas right at the self-service terminal.
  
  During the week, the contact centre of the company handled 85,198 calls.
• JSC “Donetskoblgaz” specialists continue to repair networks after russian shelling.
  
  Over the past week, 277 damages of gas pipelines in the de-occupied Lyman were discovered and repaired. Also, between 5 and 12 June, Emergency Dispatch Service registered 8 gas leaks not related to the hostilities.
  
  Last week, at Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs (Naftogaz Teplo), scheduled repairs of the main and auxiliary equipment of thermal power plants continued. Repairs of the main pipeline on Verbytskoho Street in Novoyavorivsk where a breakthrough was detected after hydraulic tests are nearing completion.
  
  The replacement of the emergency part of the pipeline in Novyi Rozdil is in progress. 45 m of heating networks and 15 m of hot water supply networks are planned to be replaced. This will improve service delivery to the residents of six apartment blocks.
  
  Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil Novoyavorivsk grids operate as normal. Electricity is supplied to all consumers of Novoyavorivsk, Novyi Rozdil and the adjacent settlements.
• PJSC “UKRNAFTA” lowered the price for petrol А-92, and also engaged in helping the southern regions. 
  
  The Company’s production facilities operate as normal.
• JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya sustainably keeps producing gas at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line.
• JSC Ukrtransnafta keeps ensuring sustainable operation of oil transportation system of Ukraine.
• JSC Ukrtransgaz – Operator of Gas Transmission System of Ukraine continues to operate as normal.
