- JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya has reached a significant milestone by drilling a new exploration well with an unprecedented depth of 6,600 meters, making the deepest well in the company’s history. The well flow rate is 150 thousand cubic meters of gas.
Moreover, during the first six months of 2023, over 157,000 meters have been drilled through by the experts of DD Ukrburgaz, a part of Naftogaz Group. This is a record six-month result over the last 15 years. Ukrgasvydobuvannya also announced its participation in two international studies focused on carbon dioxide disposal.
The company keeps producing gas at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line. - JSC “Donetskoblgaz” specialists remains steadfast in its commitment to conducting maintanace and recovery operations on gas networks in Donetsk region, which have been severely damaged due to Russian shelling. From July 10 to 16, the emergency dispatch service reported a total of 293 damages to gas supply system facilities as a result of the hostilities.
One of the ongoing projects involves welding and pressurization works in Lyman, focusing on the restoration of a medium-pressure gas pipeline with a diameter of 159 mm that was damaged by shelling.
Specialists from Kostyantynivka gas supply division are actively engaged in inspecting gas networks following enemy shelling. Once the damage is localized, technical services step in to mitigate the consequences of the hostilities.
In the latest incident, the shelling of Kramatorsk on the night of July 17 caused damage to a gas manifold and a supply pipeline. Network services are responding to repair the damage and restore gas supply.
Taking advantage of favorable weather conditions, Donetskoblgaz's technical services are conducting scheduled painting of gas pipelines. In the past week alone, 120 meters of gas pipeline and 120 meters of poles painted within Kramatorsk gas supply division, 465 meters of gas pipelines and 245 meters of poles painted within Krasnoarmeysk gas supply division. In addition, Slavyansk gas supply division saw the completion of painting work on 640 meters of gas pipelines and 240 meters of poles. - All digital services of LLC “GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” are completely accessible. During the week, the contact center has handled 76,575 calls.
- Last week, at Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs (Naftogaz Teplo), scheduled repairs of the main and auxiliary equipment of thermal power plants continued.
In Novoyavorivsk, a crucial phase of the preparation process involves the replacement of a section of the emergency pipeline. The replacement work is underway on Stepan Bandera Street, where the initial 30 meters of the main pipeline have already been replaced. More than 400 meters of the emergency pipe will be replaced with a pre-insulated alternative before the heating season commences.
At Novorozdilska CHPP, repairs have reached a completion rate of 34%. Notably, 40 meters of the pipeline that supplies heat to the old part of the town have been replaced. These repairs are being carried out in strict adherence to the planned schedule.
Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids operate sustainably. All consumers continue to receive uninterrupted electricity supply. - PJSC Ukrnafta commences drilling operations for new well in Lviv region. The project has kicked off ahead of schedule. As of today, nearly half of the drilling process has been completed. Out of the planned 2,213 meters, the well has already drilled 1,084 meters.
The company’s production facilities operate as normal. - JSC Ukrtransnafta continues to ensure stable operation of the oil transportation system.
