Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 20 — 26 June 2023

  • Our brave colleagues from JSC “Donetskoblgaz” continue repair and recovery work in Donetsk region. Restoration works are underway in Lyman. Over the week, 388 damaged gas pipelines caused by hostilities were found in the city. Due to intense shelling, gas supply to Rai-Oleksandrivka village was temporarily suspended. 

    Once the security situation permits, Donetskoblgaz specialists are prepared to carry out restoration works promptly. In addition, 38 damages of gas pipelines with gas leaks caused by the hostilities were recorded on the territory of Donetskoblgaz's licensed operations. Among them are 24 damages on the territory of Kostyantynivka Gas Supply and Gasification Department. However, the department continues to perform routine maintenance. In particular, gas pipelines are inspected according to the schedule. The gas metering service operates in a regular mode as far as possible. During the week, Emergency Dispatch Service registered 10 gas leaks not related to the hostilities. 
  • JSC Ukrtransnafta held a five-day training and testing of employees' knowledge on fire safety - our experienced firefighters combined theoretical training and practical training to improve their skills.

    In addition, Mirosław Skowron, president of the Management Board of PERN S.A. and Volodymyr Tsependa, Ukrtransnafta CEO discussed the implementation of the project for the construction of the Brody-Adamova Zastava oil pipeline, which will connect the Ukrainian and Polish oil transportation systems.

    The company remains committed to maintaining the consistent functionality of the oil transportation system.
  • Last week, Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs operated as normal. The CHPs employees are exerting their utmost efforts during the off-season to ensure the heating season commences on schedule and with high quality. Ongoing emergency repairs are currently underway, with a primary focus on restoring and repairing the main and auxiliary equipment of the thermal power plants and heating networks. Additionally, scheduled equipment repairs are being executed across all departments of the enterprises. Furthermore, preparations are being made for the operational readiness of the power grid equipment during the autumn and winter seasons. Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids operate sustainably. All consumers continue to receive uninterrupted electricity supply.
  • Production facilities of PJSC Ukrnafta operate as normal.
  • All digital services of LLC “GSC “Naftogas of Ukraine” are completely accessible. During the week, the contact centre has handled 91,794 calls. 
  • JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya sustainably keeps producing gas at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line.
  • JSC Ukrtransgaz – Operator of Gas Transmission System of Ukraine continues to operate as normal.
