Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 27 June — 3 July 2023

  • Starting 1 July 2023, LLC Gas Distribution Measures of Ukraine renders services on distribution of natural gas at near-front Kharkiv region. The national operator covers the settlements of Bohodukhiv, Izyum, Krasnograd, Kupyansk, Lozova, Chuguiv and Kharkiv districts.

    On 29 June 2023, JSC Kyivoblgaz, JSC Zhytomyrgaz and JSC Lvivgaz joined Naftogaz Group. The Companies will operate under the authority of LLC Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine, which provides for the construction of a flexible system of communication with customers, the establishment of stable service provision and update of gas infrastructure.
  • Starting 29 June 2023, due to the transition of Kyivoblgaz, Zhytomyrgaz and Lvivgaz to Naftogaz Group, customers of these companies can transfer gas meter readings through the services of Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine

    The Company has also introduced a new service: from now on, customers can send meter readings via SMS to 4647 as well as provide information about the consumed cubic meters without registering in personal accounts.

    All digital services of LLC “GSC “Naftogas of Ukraine” are completely accessible. During the week, the contact centre has handled 103,174 calls.
  • JSC Donetskoblgaz continues struggling for gas supply in Donetsk region.

    During the week, emergency services registered 388 damages to gas networks caused by the hostilities. Of these, 370 were in Lyman. The city continued to repair damaged gas pipelines throughout the week. 

    As a result of enemy attack on Kramatorsk on 27 June 27, gas supplies to 60 apartments in the city center were cut off. Now, consumers are able to use the fuel.

    Donetskoblgaz's emergency and dispatch service has also registered 12 gas leaks during the week that were not related to the hostilities.
  • Works on preparation of Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs main and auxiliary equipment for the heating season are underway.

    Employees of Novoyavorivsk CHP have started replacing emergency sections of the main pipeline. By the beginning of heating season, more than 400 meters of emergency heating networks will be replaced with pre-insulated pipes. This will improve heat supply to the town residents, reduce the number of accidents, breakdowns and decrease heat losses.

    Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids operate as normal. All consumers in Novoyavorivsk, Novyi Rozdil and other settlements continue to receive electricity supply.
  • PJSC Ukrnafta signed a framework agreement on cooperation in oil production with Weatherford International.

    Production facilities of the Company operate as normal.
  • JSC Ukrtransnafta continues to ensure stable operation of the oil transportation system.
  • JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya sustainably keeps producing gas at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line.
  • JSC Ukrtransgaz – Operator of Gas Transmission System of Ukraine continues to operate as normal.
