Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 3-9 January 2023

  • The occupants started the New Year’s first week with massive attacks, so JSC Donetskoblgaz continues to constantly repair networks for keeping the residents of Donetsk region warm.

    The shelling damaged gas pipelines of ground and underground networks. More than 200 meters of gas pipeline were knocked out of supports resulting in its deformation.

    But despite intense attacks of the enemy during the week, employees in the region managed to restore gas supply to almost 15 thousand subscribers.

    From January 2 to 9, Donetskoblgaz resumed access to natural gas for 2,375 private sector subscribers. Active works continued and will continue this week in apartment buildings. During the first week of 2023 gas companies connected 8,543 apartments.

    In total, gas supply was restored to 191,443 subscribers in 79 settlements of Donetsk region.
  • Last week, JSC Ukrtransgaz completed a large-scale reconstruction of the central well cluster at one of the underground gas storage facilities. The works made it possible to increase the service life of the equipment, minimize emergency risks, automate all production processes and save energy during further maintenance and operation of the central cluster.

    At the same time, the underground gas storage facilities remain under increased security and continue to operate as normal.
  • All digital services of LLC “Gas Supply Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” are completely accessible. During the week, the contact centre has handled 116,454 calls.
  • Last week, Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs (Naftogaz Teplo) operated as normal supplying heat to all consumers. All consumers received heat according to the approved heating curves. Heat generating equipment of the CHPP operated without failures, and the warm weather in Lviv region contributed to gas savings.

    Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids operated as normal and supplied power to consumers in accordance with developed schedules and instructions of the NPC Ukrenergo dispatcher. 
  • PJSC Ukrnafta has announced first tenders on the purchase of in-house vehicles for transportation of oil products. The Company's production facilities are operating as normal.
  • JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya keeps producing gas sustainably at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line.
  • JSC Ukrtransnafta keeps ensuring reliable operation of oil transportation system of Ukraine. The Entity’s facilities operate as normal.
  • JSC Ukrspectransgaz keeps operating as normal under martial law.
  • OJSC “Kirovohradgaz” operates as normal.
