Sergii Skyba is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the gas sector. From 2019 to 2020, he led the Ukrburgaz branch of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya. Since 2023, he served as Director of the Zhytomyr branch of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC. He has also held a senior position at PJSC Ukrnafta.
The daily work of local teams is key to ensuring the safety and efficiency of the country’s gas distribution system. Gas Distribution Networks should become a model of transparency and professionalism. I believe the company is on track for real, positive transformation,” said Koretskyi.
Skyba’s top priorities as Acting Chairman include the technical modernization of networks, improved reliability of gas supply, building public trust through transparent processes and visible change, social responsibility, support for military personnel and their families, and the development of veteran programs.
