Naftogaz invites investors to discuss Group’s financial results

The event will take place on 8 April at 15:00 UKT/ 16:00 CET/ 10:00 EST.

The meeting will have the following agenda:

• Naftogaz at glance;
• ⁠Update on recent financial performance (FY 2025);
• ⁠Debt and liquidity profile;
• Q&A session.

This online meeting will be attended by Naftogaz Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board Sergii Koretskyi, and Acting Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board Taras Pasazhko.
