Oksana Volynets will lead the legal and regulatory affairs division. She has over 20 years of legal experience including in corporate governance, M&A, and complex corporate dispute resolution. She previously headed similar departments at Continium Group and Ukrnafta.
Olena Artazei will be responsible for HR issues across Naftogaz Group. She brings over 15 years of experience in human resource management to the role in both the private and public sectors. Previous posts have included WOG, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, and Ukrnafta.
In addition, Nadiya Bihun has been appointed Director of Operational Efficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Naftogaz Group. She has nearly 20 years of experience in procurement at large-scale companies. Since 2015, she has held senior positions at Prozorro, Ukrposhta, the Medical Procurement of Ukraine state enterprise, and Ukroboronprom. From 2022 to 2025, she served as Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Economy overseeing procurement policy.
