Prior to joining Naftogaz, Mr. Chernyshov served as Governor of Kyiv Region in 2019-2020 and minister of Communities’ and Territories’ Development of Ukraine in 2020-2022.
Chernyshov has over 20 years of experience in business and investment in Ukraine and abroad. Before entering the public sector, he implemented a number of economically crucial projects as CEO and Founder of investment and development companies.

Roman Chumak is responsible for establishing relations of Naftogaz Group companies with banks and financial institutions, attracting financing in domestic and international financial markets, short-term planning and balancing of the Group’s liquidity, transactions with securities, and other treasury operations of the Group.
Roman is one of the most experienced employees of Joint Stock Company “National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine”. He has been working for the Company for more than nineteen years, holding positions from chief specialist to department head. Prior to that, he worked in large banking institutions and private business.
He graduated from the Kyiv State University of Trade and Economics with a degree in economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and MBA.
Vasyl Volodin has 20 years of experience in administrative positions in the public sector and business.
For more than 7 years (2012-2019), he headed the Legal Support Department of the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatisation (currently, National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radiofrequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services).
In 2020-2022, he headed the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
Graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in International Relations.
With over 15 years of experience in public administration, commerce, and subsoil use, Dmytro Abramovych was previously a member of the Supervisory Board at PJSC Ukrnafta and NJSC Nadra Ukrainy.
From 2019 to 2021, he served as Ukraine’s First Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
Mr. Abramovych holds three degrees: he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a degree in Commodity Research and Commercial Activities, the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration, and the Institute of Postgraduate Studies of the National Aviation University with a degree in Finance.
From 2020-2023, Mr. Lukeria served as Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure. During this tenure, he oversaw the operations of the Central Reform Office within the Ministry of Regional Development.
Prior to this role, in 2019-2020, he served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Mr. Lukeria has 15 years of experience across international organizations, public administration, regional development, and energy efficiency.
He earned his degree in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
