Naftogaz Group Operational Overview: 18-24 July 2023

  • JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya continues to increase downhole operations in order to make the most of opportunities for gas production!

    The number of Ukrgasvydobuvannya downhole operations increased by 1.4 times in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period of 2022. A total of 397 capital and underground repairs, hydraulic fracturing, coiled-tubing operations for intensification, support of base production and related operations with KRS were carried out during this period. Additional production indicators for the first half of 2023 exceed the six-month indicators of 2021 and 2022 combined.
  • JSC Donetskoblgaz continues efforts to safeguard gas supply in the Donetsk region. During the past week, the emergency dispatch service registered 56 cases of damage to the gas supply system as a result of hostilities.

    In addition to the restoration of gas networks after shelling, Donetskoblgaz specialists carry out planned repair works. In Kramatorsk, gas workers inspected gas pipelines using a modern RMLD device. In Pokrovsk, maintenance work on regulators is ongoing along with checks on valves and examination for leaks. During the week, emergency workers also registered 5 gas leaks not related to hostilities.
  • In connection with the transition of Dnipropetrovskgaz, Vinnytsiagaz, and Sumigaz to Naftogaz Group, all clients of these companies will use the gas accounting services of Naftogaz's Gazopostachalna company.

    All of the company's digital services continue to operate in full access mode. During the featured week, the contact center handled 80,092 calls.
  • At the Novoyavorivsk and Novy Rozdil thermal power plants (Naftogaz Teplo) work continued last week on the preparation of main and auxiliary equipment for the 2023/2024 heating season.

    In Novoyavorivsk, an emergency segment of pipeline is being replaced. More than 120 meters of pre-insulated pipe have already been installed. By the beginning of the heating season, it is planned to replace more than 400 meters of unusable heating networks.

    The Novoyavorivsk power grids and Novy Rozdil power grids branches are working as usual. Electrical equipment is being prepared for winter operations. All consumers of Novoyavorivsk, Novy Rozdil, and nearby settlements are receiving electricity.
  • PJSC Ukrnafta received new fuel trucks for logistics of petroleum products, and also resumed the operation of two gas stations.

    The company's production facilities are operating as usual.
  • JSC Ukrtransnafta continues to ensure the stable operation of the oil transportation system.
  • JSC Ukrtransgaz — Operator of gas storage facilities of Ukraine continues to work as usual.
