Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 03-10 April 2023

• The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (the “NCSREPU”) has made its final decision on the certification of Naftogaz Group company – JSC Ukrtransgaz – in accordance with the European rules on gas supply security.
  
  JSC Ukrtransgaz has become the second gas storage operator in Europe to successfully pass certification and confirm its right for gas storage activities in accordance with the updated rules in the European Union and the Energy Community. More details here.
•  JSC “Donetskoblgaz” continues to eliminate the consequences of shelling on the gas networks of Donetsk region and supply gas to its customers.
  
  Over the past week, JSC “Donetskoblgaz” specialists recorded 78 damages to the gas pipeline caused by russian shelling. The consequences of these hostile attacks have already been localised and eliminated.
  
  The situation on the territory of the Kostiantynivka Gas Supply and Gasification Division remains tense. Currently, all efforts of the gas experts are aimed at restoring gas networks.
• LLC “GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” has already drafted bills for March gas consumption for all its customers. We thank our customers for their timely payments. We remind you that you can receive an invoice: in your personal account on my.gas.ua, in GASUA chatbot in Viber, Telegram or NaftogazGasSupply Facebook Messenger, in self-service terminals, as well as by Ukrposhta after 20 April if you have chosen a printed bill.
  
  All digital services of the company are completely and steadfastly accessible. Over the week, the contact centre has handled  211,597 calls.
• Last week, Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs (Naftogaz Teplo) operated in trouble-free winter mode. Heat and hot water were supplied to all consumers of district heating services.
  
  Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids operate as normal. Electricity is supplied to all consumers in Novoyavorivsk, Novyi Rozdil and neighbouring settlements.
•  JSC Ukrtransnafta keeps ensuring reliable operation of oil transportation system of Ukraine. The Entity’s facilities operate as normal.
• JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya keeps producing gas sustainably at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line.
• All production facilities of PJSC “UKRNAFTA” operate as normal.
• JSC Ukrspectransgaz keeps operating as normal under martial law.
