Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 18:00, 11 April 2022

Our brave colleagues from PJSC Donetskoblgaz keep working in extremely difficult conditions under constant hostilities. Gas infrastructure is suffering every day – from through-holes to complete ruptures.
 
Gas pipelines have been damaged today for 111 private houses. Our colleagues managed to restore gas supply for 363 households and 1,651 flats (including those previously affected). Also, due to prompt repairs, 28 apartments were saved from cut-off.
 
Besides, for today, the experts have managed to inspect a range of gas distribution points, as well as cut off 11 boilers due to the gradual end of the heating season.
 
Consumers of LLC “Gas company “Naftogaz Trading” have reduced their use of natural gas by 4% during the day. Budget and religious organisations, heat and energy producers, as well as the industry, have reduced their gas consumption. Sales companies have slightly reduced their gas procurement for the household needs.
 
All digital services of LLC “Gas supply company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” are completely accessible. For today, the contact centre has processed 1,800 calls that is 18 times more as compared to yesterday.  We are sincerely grateful to our clients who continue to pay their gas bills – thanks to your caring and responsible attitude, we can work and provide Ukrainians with heat.

CHPs of Novyi Rozdil and Novoyavorivsk are operating as normal meeting all the requirements of the martial law status. Heat and hot water are supplied to all consumers. Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids and Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids are operating sustainably. Residents of Novyi Rozdil, Novoyavorivsk and the adjacent settlements are uninterruptedly supplied with electricity.
 
JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya keeps producing gas at all its facilities sustainably, except for those located near the contact line.
 
The grid facilities of UGS of JSC Ukrtransgaz remain under enhanced security and keep operating as normal.
 
JSC Ukrtransnafta and JSC Ukrspectransgaz keep operating as normal.
 
As of today, the Shebelynka Oil Refinery is not operating.
 
OJSC “Kirovohradgaz” is operating as normal.
