Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 24-30 January 2023

• JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya transferred UAH 2.2 billion of rental payments to the regions for 2022. The funds were distributed among 11 regions and 104 territorial communities of Ukraine where the company produces gas and liquid hydrocarbons. Local budgets received 5% of the total rent paid reaching UAH 43.8 billion in 2022.
  
  The company keeps producing gas sustainably at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line.
• Last week, the JSC Donetskoblgaz specialists restored gas supply to almost 7,000 consumers. We worked hard on the connection of Kramatorsk and Druzhkivka, gas supply was restored to more than 5,000 apartments.
  
  In total, 222,253 consumers in Donetsk Oblast have already got access to gas, including 138 boiler houses.
• Last week was notable for a number of decisions regarding the certification of Ukrtransgaz as a European gas storage operator. On January 24, the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission adopted a resolution "On Approval of the Procedure on Certification of the Gas Storage Operator". A few days later, on January 27 Ukrtransgaz submitted an official request for certification and thus began implementing a strategic project for Ukraine.
  
  These days, the company also completed repairs at its underground gas storage facilities, including the update of wells at one of the western Ukrainian UGS facilities. The repairs helped to increase the estimated well productivity by 11%, enhanced the safety and reliability of gas storage in the UGS facilities and improved the stability of gas extraction and injection in the future. 
  
  In addition, Ukrtransgaz summarized results of its charitable and volunteer work over the 11 months since the full-scale invasion start. During this time, the company managed to accumulate more than UAH 17 million to support our defenders.
  
  At the same time, the underground gas storage facilities remain under enhanced security and continue to operate as normal.
• All digital services of LLC “Gas Supply Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” are completely accessible. During the week, the contact centre has handled 124,086 calls.
• Last week was peaceful for Naftogaz Teplo in the Lviv region. Air raids did not affect the smooth operation of thermal power plants.  Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs operated as normal. Scheduled repairs were performed on time without disconnecting consumers from heat supply. Even at a difficult time for the Ukrainian economy, we care about our customers and do everything possible to ensure their comfortable living.
  
  Residents of Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil have the opportunity now to connect to the power grid from their homes or offices. A new convenient service has been launched on the website of Naftogaz Teplo LLC - "Connect to the power grids". Now it only takes a few clicks to become a consumer. The service is available for individuals and legal entities.

  In addition, last week the company announced that starting February 1, UKRNAFTA filling stations will offer Arctic grade diesel of the best European quality standards. Read more here.

• JSC Ukrspectransgaz keeps operating as normal under martial law.
• OJSC “Kirovohradgaz” operates as normal.
