Latest update on operation of Naftogaz Group enterprises as of 18:00, 21 March 2022

PJSC Donetskoblgaz keeps operating within the area of its activity under systemic shelling that causes damages to the gas infrastructure facilities. Today, 172 apartments of high-rise buildings and 15 private houses were cut off because of the shelling. At the same time, our colleagues have resumed gas supply to industrial enterprise that provides heat for households.

Work is nearly completed on installment enhanced binders for some sections of medium-pressure gas pipeline. We are grateful to all our colleagues for performing their work in the harsh realities of war. You are the best at what you do!

JSC Ukrtransgaz has converted one of its premises (we will not satisfy russian invaders’ curiosity by saying which one) into a distribution hub for humanitarian assistance. The grid facilities of UGS remain under enhanced security and keep operating as normal.

All digital services of LLC “Gas supply company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” are completely accessible. During the last day, contact centre processed over 200 calls from the all over Ukraine. We would like to take this opportunity to express to ask everyone who has the opportunity to pay their gas bills to do so – it is thanks to your caring and responsible attitude that we can work and provide Ukrainians with heat.

Despite air-raid alarms, all enterprises of LLC “Naftogaz Teplo” are operating stably. Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs provide all consumers with heat and hot water with no interruptions. Branches of Novoyavorivsk power grids and Novyi Rozdil power grids operate and supply electricity to the towns of Novyi Rozdil, Novoyavorivsk and neighbouring residential areas.

Consumers of LLC “Gas company “Naftogaz Trading” have used 84 mcm of natural gas per day. No significant changes in consumption volumes observed.  The company submitted the natural gas supply contracts for 6 CHPs within the PSO mechanism (Resolution No.298 dated 16 March). Plans are underway to sign the first document and begin gas supply on 22 March. Ministry of Energy prepared the list of combined heat and power plants. This list includes JSC “Kherson CHP”, PrJSC “Mykolayiv CHP”, LLC “Sumyteploenergo’, LLC TEKHNOVA Firm, MC Kyivteploenergo and PrJSC “Kharkiv CHP-5”. Also, the company keeps supplying natural gas for HPPs under the PSO in line with the Resolution No.222 dated 06 March.

 JSC "Ukrspetstransgaz" keeps ensuring the rhythmic supply of liquefied hydrocarbon gas. At the same time, the Entity make every effort to ensure proper technical and commercial suitability of the rolling stock.

Operation of the Shebelynka Oil Refinery (Kharkiv region) has been suspended on 26 February 2022 due to the threat of shelling. The plant will resume it operation as soon as it does not jeopardize life and health of the employees. At the same time, several gas processing departments (LPG production) continue their operation.

JSC Ukrtransnafta keeps ensuring sustainable operation of oil transportation system of Ukraine under conditions of martial law.

JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya keeps producing gas at all its facilities sustainably, except for those located near the contact line.

OJSC “Kirovohradgaz” is operating as normal.
