Latest update on functioning of the Naftogaz Group companies as at 12:00, 5 March 2022

Today at 9 am JSC Ukrtransgaz was forced to stop the Krasnopopivske Underground Gas Storage Facility in Luhansk Oblast. This decision was made due to the fact that military activities in the Luhansk Oblast are taking place in dangerous proximity to the enterprise. Currently, gas withdrawal at the gas storage facility has been suspended. Staff evacuated. UGS and GTS operators promptly changed their operating modes to avoid negative consequences for Ukraine's gas supply.

Today, finally for the first time during these days, we can announce that situation with JSC Donetskoblgaz remains the same. Nothing was further damaged during the night. But, unfortunately, it was not possible to start the restoration of the damaged infrastructure - active hostilities in these areas carry on.

LLC “Gas Supply Company Naftogaz Trading” continues to supply natural gas to almost 12,000 households: heat producers, budget and religious organisations, industry, etc. Dispatchers perform the balancing function within the group of gas suppliers to the households, which, in particular, reduces the financial burden on market players. No disruptions of the operation. Due to the delay in postal services, the Company has prepared an algorithm for settlements for religious organisations.

LLC “GSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” continues to supply gas and provide services to its customers in full. All customers have the opportunity to pay their gas bills online and find out the current status of the bill through a personal account and chat-bots, which are available and open 24/7.

The situation at Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs (Lviv Oblast), which are managed by LLC “Naftogaz Teplo”, remains calm. Enterprises operate as usual. All consumers are provided with heat and hot water. The Branch “Novy Rozdil Power Networks” and Branch “Novoyavorivks Power Networks” continuously supply electricity to the cities and nearby settlements.

JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya continues to steadily produce gas at all its facilities, except for those near the contact line.

JSC Ukrtransnafta continues to operate as usual.

JSC Ukrspectransgaz  operates in compliance with martial law.

OJSC Kirovogradgaz operates normally.

Press Office of National Joint Stock Company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” will be informing on a regular basis on the state of gas infrastructure in the company’s official accounts in social networks (Facebook, Telegram, Twitter).
