The programme will be implemented in phases in collaboration with the Finnish-Ukrainian Investment Facility (FUIF).
As part of the first phase, EUR 80 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has already been attracted. Procurement is currently underway in line with the EBRD procedures.

The agreement was signed by Ukrnafta’s Executive Board member Maris Kunickis during a meeting between Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo and First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Energy of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
