A competition was conducted in accordance with full and transparent procedures.
Four independent members have been appointed to the Supervisory Board — Robert Sleszynski, Erik Rasmussen, Duncan Nightingale, and Tor Martin Anfinnsen. They are all reputable international experts with deep expertise and extensive qualifications, who have many years of experience in the energy sector.
Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, Anna Artemenko, was elected as the state representative.
Earlier, the Government re-appointed State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers Kostiantyn Marievych as a Supervisory Board member.

The renewal of the Supervisory Board composition will contribute to the strengthening of management effectiveness and the implementation of best corporate governance practices within the company.
