Sergii FedorenkoActing Chief Executive Officer of Naftogaz, Member of the Executive Board, CCOHas over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Previously, he held a similar position at PJSC Ukrnafta, where he was responsible for purchasing and selling petroleum products, managing supply logistics, trading in gas and electricity, developing the gas station network, and facilitating B2B fuel sales to corporate clients.
Prior to joining Ukrnafta, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Ukrgasvydobuvannya (2015-2023), where he also sat on the Executive Board. At the same time, he headed Naftogaz Oil Trading from 2019 to 2022.
In 2022-2023, he served as a volunteer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He holds a master's degree in political science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and an MBA from the Kyiv School of Economics.

Oksana VolynetsMember of the Executive Board, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer of Naftogaz GroupOksana Volynets has over 20 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate litigation.
She has led the relevant departments at Continium Group and PJSC Ukrnafta.
She earned her law degree from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University.

Olena ArtazeiMember of the Executive Board, Chief Human Resources Officer of Naftogaz GroupOlena Artazei brings over 15 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and change management across both the public and private sectors.
She previously worked as HR and Customer Service Director at WOG, HR Director at Ukravit, and Head of the Department for Monitoring and Performance Evaluation at the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
From 2022 to 2025, she held the position of HR Director at Ukrnafta. Olena has been recognized as one of the top 10 HR directors in Ukraine.
In June 2025, she was appointed to the Management Board of Naftogaz Group.
She holds a degree in journalism from Dnipropetrovsk National University.

Pavlo LivertovskyiMember of the Executive Board, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Pavlo Livertovskyi has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic management, financial controlling, and business valuation.
He has worked for international consulting firms as well as in the Ukrainian corporate sector.
Throughout his career, he has been responsible for business planning, management reporting, financial control, strategic planning, financial modelling, investment management, and capital allocation.
His areas of expertise include business valuation, financial modelling, and support for large-scale corporate projects in the energy, oil and gas, metals and mining, and financial sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics with honors, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Auditing from Tel Aviv University. -
Yurii TkachukMember of the Executive BoardYurii Tkachuk has more than 25 years of experience in large companies across Ukraine’s energy and industrial sectors.
He previously served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Zaporizhtransformator PrJSC, CFO of the Industrial Division at Energy Standard Group, and finance business partner for the Technical business enabling unit at Naftogaz of Ukraine.
Since November 2022, he has held the position of CFO at PJSC Ukrnafta, where he has been responsible for financial strategy, risk management, and investment policy. From May to December 2025, served as Acting Director of the company.
Since December 2025 – Chief Executive Officer of Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC.
Tkachuk holds a degree with honors in economic engineering from the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy and an Executive MBA with honors from the International Institute of Business. He also completed the JICA Management Program (Japan).
