Roman Malyutin has more than 20 years of experience in gas transportation and storage industry. He took offices from the operator and engineer at the Kegychiv underground gas storage to the deputy chief engineer of the eastern region of the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine.
He was leading the technical department of JSC «Ukrtransgaz».
He graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas majoring in «Development and exploitation of oil and gas deposits» (qualification - mining engineer).

Volodymyr Tsependa has more than 10 years of experience in the field of procurement and support of production processes.
On May 23, 2022, he was appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the position of General Director of Ukrtransnafta JSC.
Following the outbreak of war with Russia, the Government set him the task of helping to resolve the fuel crisis in Ukraine.
He has been working for Naftogaz Group for more than nine years, having earlier served as Deputy Head of the Construction and Assembly Department to the Head of the Production Support Department of Ukrtransgaz JSC.
Volodymyr Tsependa was born on October 17, 1981 in Chortkiv, Ternopil region. He graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University as well as Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. He has a PhD.

Yurii Tkachuk has more than 25 years of experience in large companies across Ukraine’s energy and industrial sectors.
He previously served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Zaporizhtransformator PrJSC, CFO of the Industrial Division at Energy Standard Group, and finance business partner for the Technical business enabling unit at Naftogaz of Ukraine.
Since November 2022, he has held the position of CFO at PJSC Ukrnafta, where he has been responsible for financial strategy, risk management, and investment policy.
Tkachuk holds a degree with honors in economic engineering from the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy and an Executive MBA with honors from the International Institute of Business. He also completed the JICA Management Program (Japan).

Serhii Lahno has 20 years of experience in hydrocarbon production, progressing from operator and senior process engineer at Poltavagasvydobuvannya GPD to Chief Engineer at JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
His responsibilities include management of the company's technical divisions, including ground infrastructure, production dispatching, metrology, automation, and mechanical and energy divisions.
He graduated from National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» with a degree in Oil and Gas Equipment. His second degree is in Oil and Gas Production from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.

With over 16 years of engineering experience in the heat power industry, he has progressed from electrician and engineer at PJSC "Mykolaiv Thermal Power Plant" to Technical Director of LLC “Naftogaz Teplo”.
He possesses the technical expertise needed to address critical tasks during the preparation and launch of heating seasons.
He received his higher education at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, specializing in "Electrical Systems and Complexes of Vehicles." He also holds an MBA from the Kyiv School of Economics.

Sergii Skyba is an expert in finance, law, and energy. He holds a PhD in Economics.
He has held senior positions at a number of leading Ukrainian companies. From 2019 to 2020, he headed the Ukrburgaz branch of JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya. In 2023, he joined Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC as Director of the Zhytomyr branch, serving in that role until July 2024. He has also served in a senior management position at PJSC Ukrnafta.
With over 20 years of experience in the gas sector, Mr. Skyba has extensive expertise in strategic management, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Skyba graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Oil and Gas Engineering and Technologies. He also holds master’s degrees in Business Management and Law.

As the new Director of Naftogaz Trading, she possesses expertise in the development and management of gas filling station networks.
Liudmyla is a graduate of Lutsk Technical University majoring in Economics of Enterprise. Additionally, Liudmyla was trained in Psychology at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
