Anthony Marino specializes in hydrocarbon exploration and production with over 38 years of experience in this field. He held the positions of executive director, president and CEO of Vermilion Energy, an international hydrocarbon exploration and production company with a market capitalization of $4 billion.
Anthony is currently the president and CEO of newly created energy company Tenaz Energy. During 2002-2020, he worked on the supervisory boards and boards of directors of 6 companies and organizations.
Mr. Marino was educated in the USA and graduated from California State University, Bakersfield, and the University of Kansas.
Nataliya Boyko is an advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. She is Founder and Head of the Center of Excellence in Government Relations (GR) at the Kyiv School of Economics. Nataliya held the position of Deputy Minister of the Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine for European Integration. She coordinated the strategic direction of the development of the fuel and energy complex. Ms. Boyko was responsible for coordinating cooperation with the EU in the field of energy, with international organizations, and IFIs (including the World Bank, EBRD, EIB and others).
Nataliya has experience coordinating projects to align Ukrainian energy legislation with the respective EU legislation, as well as experience working with international financial institutions and other stakeholders. Since 2017, she has been a member of a bureau of the Committee on Sustainable Energy of the United Nations. She worked as a consultant on legal and energy issues in the public and private sectors.
Ms. Boyko studied law at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and later studied German and EU Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin on an Erasmus scholarship. Additionally, she studied at the Institute of Energy Economics in Tokyo (Japan) - IEEJ with a major in "Energy Policy”. She is a graduate from Aspen Institute Kyiv.
Tor Martin Anfinnsen has more than 30 years of experience at Norwegian State Oil and Gas company Equinor (Statoil). He worked his way up from sales manager to senior vice president. He specializes in energy trading, gas storage and transportation, as well as strategic marketing.
Tor Martin is currently a senior advisor at consulting company Boston Consulting Group. He was also the chairman of the board of directors at international energy trader Danske Commodities, a member of the board of directors of the Eurogas Association, and a member of the board of directors at the Dublin Bay Power gas-fired power plant.
Mr. Anfinnsen obtained his education in Norway. He graduated from Bergen University and Heriot-Watt University/Norwegian School of Economics.
Richard Hookway has 37 years of experience in hydrocarbon trading and finance, worked for more than 33 years at the British oil and gas giant British Petroleum (BP), in particular in the positions of financial director of a number of business divisions, and operational director of the IT solutions and supply chain management group.
Richard worked as a director on the board of directors of the French nuclear generation company EDF, as a member of the supervisory boards of the world's leading oil storage company Royal Vopak N.V., the retail energy company Parkland Corp, and the UK Atomic Energy Agency (UKAEA).
Mr. Hookway has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Manchester. He received a master's degree in management from Stanford University.
Ludo Van der Heyden is the founding director of INSEAD’s Corporate Governance Initiative, as well as co-director of the International Directors Programme and the Modern Governance in Banking. He lectures on governance, leadership, team dynamics, fairness in business and society, and innovation.
Before joining INSEAD, Ludo was on the faculty of Yale University (1980-1988) and Harvard University (1978-1980).
Mr. Van der Heyden holds an Engineering Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a Ph.D. Degree from Yale University. Ludo served as co-dean of INSEAD (1990-1995) and director of the INSEAD Zentrum Leipzig (1994-1999).
He is currently a member of the supervisory boards of five more companies and business associations. Ludo has over 20 years of continuous work with oil and gas companies.
Rostyslav Shurma is Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. He began his career in 2003 at multinationals Procter & Gamble and Boston Consulting Group. In 2006, he joined METINVEST, the biggest corporation in Ukraine. In 2007, he took his first executive position - CFO at Makiivka Iron and Steel Plant. In 2008 Rostyslav was promoted to CFO and COO of Metivest’s steel business.
Mr. Shurma used to be a member of the supervisory board of Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol, head of the supervisory board of the Bulgarian plant "Promet," and a member of the board of directors of "Metinvest-Trametal" (Italy).
From 2012 to 2019, Mr. Shurma was CEO of Zaporizhstal Iron and Steel Plant.
He graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a Masters in Economics, and from the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" with a Bachelor in Economics and Entrepreneurship.

From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Marievich worked as a lawyer at both public and private legal entities. From 2014 to 2016, he held executive positions at the Ministry of Regional Development and served as Deputy Manager of the Affairs of the Administration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. From 2016 to 2019, Kostiantyn served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and later as the Chief of Staff of a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine. In 2020, he was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, and in June 2021, he was transferred to the role of the First Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Mr. Marievich was a member of the supervisory boards of PJSC Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine and JSC Ukrzaliznytsia.
He graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a Master’s in Laws. He is an attorney-at-law (license temporarily suspended due to holding a public service position).
