Eric Rasmussen is a Danish expert with over 30 years of experience in energy, natural resources, and infrastructure financing, particularly at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
He has deep expertise in corporate governance reform of Ukrainian state-owned enterprises, including experience in modernising procurement and strengthening supervisory functions at Naftogaz.

Duncan Nightingale is a Canadian expert with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specialising in upstream operation management and strategic development of energy assets.
He has a successful track record in Ukraine as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of PJSC “UKRNAFTA”, where he implemented the OECD’s best corporate governance practices and strengthened internal control systems.

Tor Martin Anfinnsen has more than 30 years of experience at Norwegian State Oil and Gas company Equinor (Statoil). He worked his way up from sales manager to senior vice president. He specializes in energy trading, gas storage and transportation, as well as strategic marketing.
Tor Martin is currently a senior advisor at consulting company Boston Consulting Group. He was also the chairman of the board of directors at international energy trader Danske Commodities, a member of the board of directors of the Eurogas Association, and a member of the board of directors at the Dublin Bay Power gas-fired power plant.
Mr. Anfinnsen obtained his education in Norway. He graduated from Bergen University and Heriot-Watt University/Norwegian School of Economics.

In 2025, she headed the support team of the Interdepartmental Project Preparation Unit (PPU) at the Reform Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, where she coordinated work with international financial organisations, development partners, and donors. She was also involved in analysis of public investment projects and improvement of the regulatory framework for public investment.
In 2023–2025, she was the director of the Office for Support of Adaptation of Ukrainian Legislation to the Provisions of the European Union Aquis in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Prior to that, she worked as a state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. She also held management positions at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in the areas of competition policy, international cooperation, and public procurement. She started her career at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Graduated from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine with a degree in Law. She studied at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the programme “Management of International Cooperation”. She is currently a postgraduate student at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (majoring in international law).
She is fluent in Ukrainian and English, and has a basic command of Spanish.

From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Marievich worked as a lawyer at both public and private legal entities. From 2014 to 2016, he held executive positions at the Ministry of Regional Development and served as Deputy Manager of the Affairs of the Administration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. From 2016 to 2019, Kostiantyn served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and later as the Chief of Staff of a Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine. In 2020, he was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, and in June 2021, he was transferred to the role of the First Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Mr. Marievich was a member of the supervisory boards of PJSC Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine and JSC Ukrzaliznytsia.
He graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a Master’s in Laws. He is an attorney-at-law (license temporarily suspended due to holding a public service position).
