Kazakh court allows enforcement of $1.4 billion Naftogaz award against Gazprom

Naftogaz Group has obtained permission to enforce the recovery of approximately $1.4 billion from Gazprom in Kazakhstan. The Astana International Financial Centre Court recognized the arbitration award and granted permission for enforcement in the country in favor of the company.
