The new U.GO app can be downloaded from both the App Store and the Google Play. In addition, filling stations of Naftogaz's U.GO network use Facebook and Instagram social media platforms to answer Ukrainian customer service queries, promote offers, and provide updates.
This app allows users to easily register a virtual loyalty card that will always be in touch in your mobile device. The feature helps drivers find gas stations and fuel anywhere.
This network includes 68 filling stations throughout the country operating under Naftogaz Group’s U.GO brand.
Participating filling stations are located in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Kyiv regions and in Kyiv itself. They are equipped to provide services to customers even during long-term power outages. Detail are available here.
On 16 January, 2023, the first U.GO filling station opened in de-occupied Kherson.
