The Naftogaz Group Supervisory Board has appointed Pavlo Livertovskyi as a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Naftogaz Group.
He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic management, financial controlling, and business valuation.
Throughout his career, he has worked for international consulting firms as well as in the Ukrainian corporate sector.
He has been responsible for business planning, management reporting, financial control, strategic planning, financial modelling, investment management, and capital allocation.
His areas of expertise include business valuation, financial modelling, and support for large-scale corporate projects in the energy, oil and gas, metals and mining, and financial sectors.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics with honors, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Auditing from Tel Aviv University.
The duties of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Naftogaz Group were previously performed by Taras Pasazhko. He will continue serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
