All digital services of the company are completely accessible. During the week, the contact centre has handled 73,320 calls. - JSC “Donetskoblgaz” continues repair and recovery work in Donetsk region.
Specialists from the Kostyantynivka Gas Supply and Gasification Division successfully restored gas supply to the village of Novoolenivka. The completion of this task was possible only after the inspection of a 6 km of the gas pipeline alongside with pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service.
As an additional accomplishment, natural gas supplies were resumed for 87 customers from the previously occupied Yatskivka village. Video of recovery works in the village of Yatskivka posted in the comments section of this post. During the week, our team identified and repaired a total of 102 gas pipeline damages caused by the hostilities, each with varying degrees of severity. Notably, 15 damages were found in Lyman, 9 in Kurakhove, and 1 in Yatskivka.
To ensure prompt response and assistance, the emergency dispatch service operates round the clock. In the past week alone, our ACS (Automatic Control System) detected and recorded a total of 8 gas leaks. -
Norwegian Energy Company Equinor has supplied 2,000 tons of methanol to JSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya. Methanol is a critical material for the production, treatment, and transportation of natural gas, and it has already been delivered to Ukraine. For the first time in the history of Ukrgasvydobuvannya, this raw material was delivered from Europe by rail.
The company keeps producing gas sustainably at all its facilities, except for those located near the contact line. - Last week, at Novoyavorivsk and Novyi Rozdil CHPs (Naftogaz Teplo), scheduled repairs were carried out to prepare the main equipment for the new heating season. Repairs to the main heating networks in the cities are also underway. Employees of the heating network shop are currently engaged in repairing the detected leaks that emerged following the hydraulic tests.
Branch Novoyavorivsk power grids and Branch Novyi Rozdil power grids operate sustainably. The branch employees are preparing the equipment for seamless operation during the heating season. All consumers continue to receive uninterrupted electricity supply. - JSC Ukrtransnafta has launched series of training seminars aimed to improve the skills of its employees. The first seminar was held for investment and capital construction specialists. Ukrtransnafta’s employees learned how to conduct urban planning activities for oil transportation companies operating under martial law. Ukrtransnafta is planning to hold such training seminars on a regular basis and is already developing a training plan for other functional areas.

Last week, the company successfully delivered an ATC-59B artillery tractor to the frontline. This robust 14-tonne vehicle traversed a distance of over 1000 km before reaching its destination with the military forces stationed in the eastern region of the country. - All production facilities of PJSC “UKRNAFTA” operate as normal.
The company will also process 28 thousand tonnes of oil sludge. Furthermore, Ukrnafta carefully considered the feedback and suggestions provided by the ministries while preparing the financial plan. - JSC Ukrspetstransgaz operates as normal under martial law.
