The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Kostiantyn Marievich as the seventh member of the supervisory board of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" – a representative of the state. The corresponding document No. 1221-r was approved on December 29, 2023.
Thus, the formation of the Naftogaz supervisory board has been fully completed.
I welcome the government's decision, which completes the formation of the supervisory board. It is important that we now have a fully formed supervisory board according to the best management practices," said Naftogaz CEO Oleksiy Chernyshov.
It should be noted that according to the current charter of NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine," the size of the supervisory board is set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and consists of seven members (four independent and three state representatives). The majority of members of the supervisory board were elected in January 2023.
