The enemy continues its targeted attacks on Ukraine’s oil and gas infrastructure. During a combined overnight attack, Russia struck production facilities belonging to Ukrnafta.
There were no casualties as a result of the shelling. However, damage is significant. Operations have been suspended and urgent repair works are underway.
Specialists of Naftogaz Group are working in intensified mode. The restoration of infrastructure damaged by Russian attacks is ongoing,” said Sergii Koretskyi, CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
Reminder: On 9 December, Russian attack drones struck gas infrastructure facilities of Naftogaz Group. The enemy deliberately targeted critically important equipment essential for ensuring uninterrupted gas supply to Ukrainians.
