From now on, domestic gas consumers can use the Diia App to quickly and conveniently access the tariff packages of Naftogaz of Ukraine Gas Supply Company LLC (Naftogaz).
This marks the start of Naftogaz digitalization, a process that seeks to improve consumer-supplier-government relations.
“Data integration must be ensured with regard to gas consumption, billing and payments, consumer ability to pay, and subsidies. Following complete digitalization of the gas market, we will be able to create an effective and targeted system of social care in the country and implement ambitious energy-efficiency projects,” commented Naftogaz CEO Yuriy Vitrenko.
Thanks to innovative solutions and partner relations with banks, mail companies, and other service providers, you can apply for connection to Naftogaz with only a few clicks and have your application processed within just 15 minutes, instead of several days. Now, you can use one more connection option, the Diia App, available on the gas supplier’s website.
“Our digital transformation goes beyond just the introduction of new technologies and solutions. Changes are needed in our work approaches, operating models, and corporate culture. We are already working on this,” emphasized Yuriy Vitrenko.
Naftogaz recently completed second phase implementation of the ETRM system (Energy Trading & Risk Management), aiming to enhance efficiency, transparency, and control in its trading transactions, as well as improving business risk management and the quality of decision-making.
